Our company is a social enterprise: it conforms to the legal status of a social enterprise company. Although we a for-profit business, any profits will be ploughed back to grow the enterprise. If, in the long term, we make substantial, surplus profits, these will be used to benefit the arts and entertainment community in Leicester and Leicestershire.

The board of directors is being formed and it is hoped that a full board will be in place during the spring of 2012.

Originally registered in England in 2009, the change of name to Artsin Productions Ltd went through in the summer of 2011.
